All orders are processed within 5-6 business days after payment confirmation. Each jacket undergoes thorough Quality inspection and is securely packaged before shipment.

Frequently Asked Question

Shipment is handled through Express shipment services such as DHL and FedEx. Moreover, all our orders are dispatched through these services. In addition, you can easily track your shipment, ensuring your package is conveniently delivered to your door without any problems.
If you are unavailable to receive your parcel, you may leave a note on the door directing your neighbour to sign and receive the parcel on your behalf, as we don’t offer a Post Office box delivery service. In addition, if you have forgotten to leave a note at the door, don’t worry, the courier company will leave a note with their number so you can contact them for further assistance.

Upon placing the order, you will receive a notice confirming the receipt of your order and a copy of your detailed invoice. If you don’t receive any notice, it means your order is not registered. Therefore, it cannot be shipped and processed.

You will be refunded your money instantly, equal to the amount of what you bought, or you will be provided with a replacement order. However, if your order does not arrive or the place of shipment location can not be found, it will be sorted out within a short period.

If you inform us via email that your shipment has not arrived within the timeframe estimated in the shipping notice, we will provide you with the courier’s tracking number to track the status of your shipment.
